Muay Thai: Knuckle, crossed-ankle push-up

What you are in the ring is decided by how you train. The tough ones are the ones who last the rounds, and can hang on while the next best one begins to flag. Muay Thai fighting in the ring is the ultimate in terms of mental and physical stamina. And the reflexes determine your win.  And for the reflexes to be quick, fast and perfect, your training must be relentless. Here I show you a push-up variation, which has you doing it on your knuckles, so your fists are superstrong. And your ankles are crossed, so your legs, hips and core develop to take the strain. If you watch the fights, you can see how some fighters make it with equal stamina till the last round, while the others flag after the third one. The last two rounds can test you supremely and how you last comes when you train in this fashion, as I show. You legs should not flinch when kicks come at you. Your legs must block tough kicks. And even if you were to fall, you must bound back fast.
Try this, for some core strength. Even those of you who do not fight in the ring, you can develop your entire body with this practice.
